Job Summary:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives related to the company's products and distribution channels. This would involve market analysis, identifying business growth opportunities, and optimizing product offerings to align with the company's goals. Additionally, you will be involved in formulating distribution strategies to enhance market reach and improve customer engagement. Overall, the role focuses on guiding the long-term direction of the company in the context of its products across verticals and distribution strategies across geographies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

- Develop and implement a robust product strategy that aligns with Aavas Financiers' overall business objectives, financial inclusion goals, and the evolving needs of its target customer segments in Tier-3 & Tier-4 cities.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities, understand customer pain points, and analyze competitor offerings.

- Creating New Referral Channels, identifying new business opportunities, planning marketing activities to boost the business

Business Growth

- Analysing business potential, conceptualise and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve desired targets & Business Plan.

Product Roadmap & Channel Management

- Manage product level P&L. Drive key business levers like rates/fees/product mix etc. Drive business through campaigns, schemes, offers, contest, distribution etc.

- Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across assigned territories.

- Commissioning, launching new referral channels as per company standards, monitoring day to day operations.

Digital Product Development & Automation

- Establish and maintain a framework for digital product development and management.

- Conceptualize and collaborate with digital team to design new digital product's journey for creating customer experience.

- Lead research to gather insights and preferences.

Performance Metrics & Agile Product Development

- Establish, track metrics to measure all product mix performance and promote agile product development framework.

- Analyse the portfolio of business across metrics (growth, risk, run off etc) for insights & work on implementing the same.

Team Management & Collaboration

- Creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance; motivating teams in optimising their contribution levels.

- Continuous coordination with Sales, Credit, Collections, HR, Compliance, L&D, Finance teams in setting up key processes. Process improvement bench marking & suggesting improvements where required.
