Job Description
Designation - Portfolio Manager
Role & responsibilities :
Handling team of ABM / BM / RM / RO
Guide the product team in Home loan , LAP , Mortgage Loan category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
Work with business analytics team to identify potential for cross-sell.
Setting up and managing the Home loan , LAP , Mortgage Loan business line for the Bank to build a sizeable and healthy portfolio of priority sector loans under housing finance
Owning the Home loan , LAP , Mortgage Loan products, through product suite curation, pricing, promotion, sourcing and volume generation
Owning all Governance, Audit and Regulatory requirement for Home loan , LAP , Mortgage Loan
Preferred candidate profile : 5-7 Years Experience in Home Loan
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
