Your Mission:
As Sales Manager at geniFLASH, youll be the face of our disruptive AI product in Chennai and beyond. Your goal? Drive explosive revenue growth by converting enterprises, dealerships, and manufacturers into geniFLASH evangelists. This isnt just a sales role—it’s a chance to pioneer the future of AI-driven analytics!
What You’ll Do:
Hunt & Close: Own end-to-end sales cycles—prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients (construction, manufacturing, retail).
Build Relationships: Partner with C-suite leaders (CIOs, CDOs) to solve their BI pain points with geniFLASH’s “Automated Actionable Insights.”
Scale Impact: Leverage our Oracle Marketplace presence, FAST SaaS model, and white-label partnerships to unlock recurring revenue streams.
Lead Strategy: Collaborate with AI engineers and marketing teams to refine pricing, GTM strategies, and customer success stories.
Crush Targets: Deliver 3X pipeline growth, hit quarterly quotas, and drive adoption of our $5K+/quarter subscriptions and premium “Expert” tier.
Who You Are:
A Sales Maverick: 5+ years closing $100K+ deals in SaaS, AI, or analytics. Bonus if you’ve sold to manufacturing/dealership verticals.
Tech-Savvy Storyteller: You can demo AI tools in your sleep and articulate ROI like a pro.

Ideal Skillsets (Must-Have)
1.Sales Expertise in AI/Analytics – Strong experience in selling AI, BI, analytics, or SaaS-based solutions, preferably in enterprise B2B markets.
2.Enterprise Sales Experience – Proven track record in selling to mid-to-large enterprises, especially in sectors like manufacturing and construction dealerships.
3.Consultative Selling Approach – Ability to understand customer pain points and position geniFLASH as a strategic solution rather than just a product.
4.Lead Generation & Pipeline Management – Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct sales, partnerships, and channel development.
5.Negotiation & Deal Closure – Expertise in handling complex negotiations and closing high-value subscription deals.
6.Market Understanding & Industry Connections – Knowledge of the BI/AI market landscape, competitors, and trends. Strong industry relationships are a plus.
7.Communication & Presentation Skills – Strong ability to articulate the value proposition of geniFLASH to technical and business stakeholders.
8.Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, achieve aggressive targets, and drive revenue growth.
Desired Skillsets (Nice-to-Have)
1.Experience in Channel/Partner Sales – Working with resellers, white-label partners, and marketplaces to expand reach.
2.Understanding of Conversational AI & Data Analytics – Familiarity with AI-driven insights, data science, and BI tools to better explain the product.
3.Experience in International Sales – Exposure to selling in US/Canada markets would be a plus.
4.CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency – Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other sales automation tools.
5.Startup Experience – Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS startup would be advantageous.
6.Marketing Collaboration – Ability to work with marketing teams to generate leads, drive campaigns, and execute go-to-market strategies.
