Role & responsibilities
Technology recruiting - Responsibilities comprises of sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates who fit specific technical roles. Finding quality technical talent from a sourcing pipeline to match the hiring managers requirements is important. The selected candidates efficiency is also graded on this.
Talent acquisition - responsibility is to use employers process for recruiting, tracking and interviewing job candidates, and onboarding and connecting the new employees to the lead mangers.
Responsibilities include:
Job Posting
Interview and tests coordination
Maintain records of contacted candidates in excel sheet.
Maintaining records of recruited candidates.
Knowledge in Industry laws would be preferred.
Employees attendance and Pay role preparation.
Office administration.
Implementation of Company rules
Organising fun activities and events

1. Willingness to learn
In a rapidly-evolving field like IT, stagnation isnt an option. ability to learn is critical [as an IT
recruiter] due to the fast changing technologies.
2. Persistence and Determination.
Filling a person for the vacant position is not the goal. Finding the right person at the right price is
important. The candidate should have the persistence and determination to meet the objectives
always willing to go an extra mile.
3. Patience:
The selected candidate should invest the time in really familiarising with the technological areas you will be recruiting in: the popular IT solutions and skills in the sector, here we are broadly referring to Analytics and Big Data, UI/UX - the terminology used by industry insiders… [and] the latest industry developments.
4. Organisational Skills:
This includes targeting the best candidates, creating a specific and enticing job description, looking for talent in the right places, and ensuring that screening and interviews are effective. The recruiter needs to find ways to tweaks that would help in optimising the recruitment process and improve results. Coordinate to ensure the interview time are scheduled and the interview happens.
5. Communication and Relationship-Building Skills:
The incumbent should have effective English communication skills (must). The right information about the
company is communicated to the client and about the candidate to the interviewer.
6. Good listening skills combined with marketing and sales skills
