Data Consultant Development and Design

Role & responsibilities

• Data Design: Build scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions aligned with business needs.
• Power BI Development: Design interactive dashboards and visualizations for actionable insights.
• Database Development: Create stored procedures, views, and partitions using SQL Server.
• ETL Development: Develop and optimize ETL workflows using SSIS to meet business requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance system performance for large datasets.
• Data Quality: Implement robust data quality checks and governance processes.
• Data Modeling: Apply data warehousing techniques and dimensional modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schemas).
• Domain Expertise: Leverage knowledge in banking (Customers, Deposits, Loans, Cards).

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server (SSMS 2021+), SSIS, and data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin).
• Strong performance tuning and database optimization experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle and enterprise scheduling.
• Familiarity with data analytics trends and banking subject areas.
