Job Summary
The Assistant Manager - Marketing will spearhead marketing initiatives across online, offline, and digital channels, ensuring Aashni + Cos super luxury branding remains consistent and impactful. This role involves strategizing and executing campaigns, managing high-end events, and fostering strong relationships with PR agencies and luxury publications. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing marketing for super luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing and Branding

• Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and equity.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all marketing platforms.
• Monitor luxury market trends to align marketing strategies with customer preferences and industry standards.

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising strategies.
• Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and copy resonate with the luxury clientele.
• Optimize online campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.

Offline Marketing and Events

• Plan and execute in-store and external events, including fashion shows, trunk shows, and brand collaborations.
• Collaborate with designers and partners to ensure event success and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with retail teams to execute local area marketing (LAM) strategies to drive footfall.

PR and Media Relations

• Work closely with PR agencies to secure press coverage in top-tier luxury publications.
• Develop press releases, manage media outreach, and coordinate with influencers to amplify brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury lifestyle editors, bloggers, and influencers.

Collaborations and Partnerships

• Identify and execute collaborations with luxury brands, designers, and influencers.
• Manage partnerships to enhance brand positioning and extend reach to the target audience.

Budget and Performance Management

• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Drive cost-efficiency while maintaining the brand's luxury image.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
• Proven track record in online, offline, and event marketing.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding and customer behavior.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in managing Events, PR and media relationships.
