Job Purpose: The Sales Manager - Part Load oversees the sales operations for part load services at Aash Logistics. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the part load segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for part load services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the part load segment.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their needs.

3. Operational Coordination:

• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of part load services.
• Address customer inquiries, issues, and operational challenges promptly and effectively.

4. Contract Negotiation and Management:

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.

5. Sales Planning:

• Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Set realistic targets and milestones, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales or business development management with expertise in IT/ITES industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution with specialization in Marketing or Business Management.
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams remotely.
