Visual Designer (4-8 yrs)

Qualifications & Experience

- A degree or formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant B2B design work.

- 4-7 years' experience in Graphic Design & Video Editing.

- Experience working in a growing start up environment strongly preferred. - Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

B2B Design Experience :

- Proven track record in designing for B2B environments, such as brochures, social media posts, blog graphics, standees, and other sales & marketing collateral including but not limited to case studies and presentation templates - and other related assets to support business development and client engagement.

- Ability to translate complex products or services into visually compelling, professional designs that engage and educate a business audience.

Design Expertise :

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma (optional but beneficial).

- Experience in creating data-driven visuals such as infographics, charts, and other visual aids that communicate key insights clearly and efficiently.

- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory.

- Proven ability to design visually impactful sales & marketing collateral that aligns with product marketing strategies.

- Experience in crafting visuals for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Corporate Branding

- Experience in working within established corporate brand guidelines, as well as contributing to the development of new branding initiatives.

- Ability to align visual content with broader corporate identity and messaging to enhance brand presence across all media.

Event and Trade Show Design:

- Experience in designing for corporate events, including booth designs, and promotional materials for trade shows or conferences
