Should have good experience in SQL queries (writing, modifying, etc)
Linux/Unix (command line experience) that have worked with US clients (as this is a customer facing role).
Essentially this is a Tier 2 support person we are looking for long term.
Should have experience in responding to clients/customer queries over emails and phone calls.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Should be optimistic and skilled in delivering bad news to the customers, should handle the situation professionally and try to de-escalate the problem.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
