Job Description

Role & responsibilities :


  • Will be responsible for business development and sales in the international markets for our commodity business.
  • Look for big key accounts and pitch supermarkets, hypermarkets, distributors and big retail house. Liaise with distributors and grow new territories across the international market.
  • Assist in sales planning, development and achievement of planned targets.
  • Coordination with operation and procurement
  • Handling events , exhibition and sourcing promotional material
  • Identifying new markets and finding ways to promote in the market
  • In accounting function, Export Marketing Senior executive / Manager may keep track of invoices and prepare reports. They may also have to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry

You will contribute by:


  • Developing new clients and business in International market.
  • Identifying and connecting with the most important players on the assigned market.
  • Active prospecting and research activities to find new leads by using different medium.
  • Developing new vendors for various marketing activities.
  • Visiting international / domestic fairs and exhibition.
  • Travel for business meetings.
  • Good negotiation skills to negotiate with clients and vendors to close deals.
  • Professionally following up your customers on regular basis.
  • Ensuring perfect execution of the planned BTL activities
  • Identifying problems and offering solution in terms of business
  • Assisting with Annual Marketing Plan
  • MIS Report and Data Maintenance and coordination with internal team
  • Execution of Export Order from factory co-ordination to shipment with internal team.

Preferred candidate profile :


  • MBA /PG will be good but Minimum College degree preferred
  • Business development, Export Sales experience from FMCG sector PREFERABLE
  • Industry experience 2 to 3 years, International export experience must

Key Skills :


Excellent management, organizational, and customer service skills; knowledge of export laws and regulations preferred.

The ability to communicate in a foreign language relevant to a company's targeted markets may be helpful
