Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our team, specializing in the sale of residential properties within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the unique features of each property.
• Guide clients through the sales process, including preparing offers, negotiating terms, and managing contracts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities in the construction sector.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and industry partners to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain detailed client records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Post Graduate or Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or any field, with established experience in sales within the real estate sector.
• Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and residential real estate market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in seeking new opportunities.
