Sr. Executive-HR Ops

Job Description:-

• Manage end to end HR Operational Activities.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• Handle Employee Grievances
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
• Letter Preparation
• Strategize and Manage the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring of KRAs & Implement annual Appraisal guidelines viz.- Bell Curve, Promotion guidelines, % increment for the year.
• Exit Management, Responsible for Full & Final, Exit Formalities
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee attrition.
• Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
• To attend meetings, briefings and ad-hoc working groups as appropriate, and contribute to the development of the HR function.
• To undertake any other duties, as may from time to time be required

Experience, Skills and Key Responsibility:

• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
• Minimum 3-5 years for Experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS database
• Very energetic can work in pressure and multi tasking
• Should be a self-starter, proactive, quick and adaptive.
