Hiring For Manager - Treasury

Role & responsibilities

1. Monitoring and managing the organizations bank relationships and liquidity management

2. Raising of debt by virtue of LC financing, WCDLs from banks and debt funding through ECBs from parent company

3. Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management

4. Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements

5. Daily cash management

6. Debt facilities management

7. Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies. Working on lowering Interest cost for the organization

8. Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies

9. FX hedging as per requirements

10. Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies.

11. Preparing management and board reports

12. Preparing Cash Flow reports and cash flow analysis and projections. Working with management to improve cash flows and reduce Net working capital days

13. Dividend payout calculations and dividend payments

14. FX payments, LC terms review, margin payments

15. Accounting for Sourcing and Trading of incoming oils and various MIS preparation

16. Supervision of Insurance portfolio of the company
