Assistant Professor Personality Development & Corporate Communication

Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development:

• Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in English, Corporate Communication, and Personality Development Training.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods, including technology, to enhance student learning experiences.
• Design and update course materials regularly, ensuring relevance to current trends, research, and industry best practices.
• Actively mentor and advise students on academic, professional, and career matters.
• Conduct regular classroom assessments, feedback sessions, and evaluations to monitor student progress.
• Research and Scholarly Activities:
  
• Conduct and publish high-quality, original research in reputable academic journals and conferences.
• Actively pursue external research funding and grants to support ongoing academic and professional growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects, contributing expertise in English, Psychology, Corporate Communication, and Management.
• Present research findings at academic conferences and seminars, contributing to the fields development and reputation.
• Assessments and Progress Monitoring:
  
• Administer regular assessments and assignments to gauge students' understanding and academic progress.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students who require additional assistance, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic advice to students to support their personal and professional development.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:
  
• Master’s in English, Master’s in Psychology, MBA, and PhD in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in teaching courses related to English, Corporate Communication, and Personality Development.
• Skills and Expertise:
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Expertise in corporate communication, personality development, and management principles.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills to effectively guide students.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and research.
• Experience:
  
• At least 3-5 years of experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in relevant fields.
• Proven research background with publications in reputable journals or conferences.
• Experience in curriculum development and design.
