Sr. HR Executive

Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Jigani, Karnataka

Key Requirements:

• Education: MBA in HR or MSW (HR specialization).
• Language: Must know Kannada.
• Availability: Immediate joiner.
• Location Preference: Resides near Jigani or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate statutory records, and address audit findings.
2. Payroll Compliance: Manage timely PF, ESI, PT contributions, TDS filings, and payroll processes.
3. KSPCB Compliance: Handle regulatory filings such as Form 3, 4, and 5 as per KSPCB requirements.
4. Grievance Management: Address employee grievances effectively and coordinate with committees for resolution.
5. Industry Relations: Maintain healthy relationships with labor unions and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and conflict resolution.
6. MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on compliance, payroll, HR metrics, and industry relations activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Male candidate preferred
• 4+ years of HR experience with a focus on compliance, payroll, and industry relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and statutory regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
