Responsibilities:

- Good knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits- Group health Insurance, Group Mediclaim insurance, Group personal accident insurance and Wellness.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the SME Segment through Sales Team.

- Managing a team of Regional Managers/Area Managers/Unit Manager/Sr unit managers for SME client acquisition.

- Building a sustainable Sales pipeline, Client Acquisition Function, Corporate Market Mapping.

- Acquiring New Clients for Group Health Insurance plans & HealthTech platform.

- Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Educate potential clients (SME/corporate) on the benefits of the products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.

- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.

- Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.
