Zonal Head - Agency - Health Insurance & Wellness Products (10-15 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business development & sales of Health Insurance and Wellness products across the Zone.

- Hands-on knowledge about the competitive scenario, best practices followed in Agency distribution of Health insurance products.

- Engage with internal Agency team & State Heads to build zonal sales strategy and execution plan.

- Drive topline numbers while ensuring bottom-line profitability in line with finalised targets for the zone, while effectively controlling the costs.

- Prepare marketing budgets, manpower planning and recognition platforms for both Internal teams and Agents.

- Lead business review discussions with Team members on monthly basis and drive the sales process through lead generation and conversion.

- Responsible for ensuring key business metrics productivity, persistence, branch activation, average ticket size & claims ratios.
