Educational Qualifications:

• • Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• • Masters Degree (MBA, MCA, or M.Tech) is preferred for senior roles.
• • ERP certification (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

• • ERP System Knowledge – Experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or company-specific ERP software.
• • Database Management – Basic SQL knowledge for querying and data extraction.
• • MS Excel & Reporting Tools – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and integration with ERP data.
• • Basic Programming (Optional) – Understanding of scripting languages (Python, VBA, or Java) for automation.
• • Troubleshooting & System Support – Ability to diagnose and resolve ERP-related issues.

Soft Skills:

• • Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess business needs and optimize ERP workflows.
• • Communication Skills – Coordinate between IT teams, vendors, and business users.
• • Project Management – Handling ERP implementation, upgrades, and training sessions.
• • Problem-Solving Skills – Quickly identifying and resolving ERP-related issues.

Experience:

• • Mid-level: 3-5 years in ERP implementation, database management, or business process improvement, ERP support, MIS, or IT roles
