Project Manager Infrastructure Services
1. Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
2. Resource Management:
Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure adequate staffing.
Monitor and optimize resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Budget Oversight:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Track expenses, review invoices, and report on budgetary status regularly.
Identify and address budget variations promptly.
4. Timeline Adherence:
Create and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet changing requirements.
Monitor progress against timelines and implement corrective actions as needed.
Anticipate and mitigate potential project delays.
5. Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality standards for cabling installations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.
Implement corrective measures to address quality issues promptly.
6. Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any potential issues.
Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
7. Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks associated with the project.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Implement proactive measures to prevent and address issues as they arise.
8. Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project objectives and expectations.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
9. Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Prepare and distribute reports on project progress, including key performance indicators.
Archive project documentation for future reference and audits.
10. Post-Implementation Review:
Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Document best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
BE or Dip in Electronics and Telecommunication or electrical.
Proven experience in managing structured cabling projects.
Knowledge in Access Control,CCTV,FAPA is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cabling standards and industry best practices.
