Lead Qualification & Management:
Qualify inbound leads through phone calls and email interactions.
Understand customer needs and pain points.
Assess customer fit and potential for conversion.
Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
Address client concerns and objections effectively.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Customer Onboarding:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
Ensure a smooth and seamless transition for new customers.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
Continuously improve sales skills and techniques.
Good communications skills.
