MIS Senior

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field, with a strong focus on data management and reporting.

2. Excel Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting tools.

3. Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders.

4. Report Delivery:

• Responsible for delivering accurate and timely daily MIS reports to clients, ensuring that data is presented in a clear and actionable format.

5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Utilize logical reasoning, mathematical calculations, and data analytical skills in Excel to solve problems and derive actionable insights.

6. Excel Functions Mastery:

• Expertise in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNT, COUNTIFS, SUM, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables to manage and analyze large datasets.

7. Data Compilation and Analysis:

• Gather, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel.

8. Employee Scheduling:

• Ability to create and manage employee schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.

9. Data Accuracy and Integrity:

• Verify the accuracy of data, troubleshoot data-related issues, and ensure the integrity and reliability of all data used in reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Education:

• Bachelors degree

2. Experience:

• Proven track record of managing MIS functions, with a deep understanding of data management, reporting, and analysis.

3. Technical Skills:

• Experience with other data analysis tools or software is an added advantage.

4. Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

5 Data analytics

Comfortable working night shifts with start times from 7:30 PM with the understanding that the company may adjust the schedule as needed.
