Role & responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth across online and offline channels with an emphasis on e-commerce. Strategize to ensure seamless performance across both direct-to-consumer platforms and traditional offline sales avenues.
2. Sales Planning: Create and implement channel-specific, platform-specific, and SKU-specific sales plans. Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth across various channels.
3. Business Development: Explore and build new business opportunities, such as HoReCa partnerships, corporate deals, and bulk order channels.
4. Spending and Budgetary Management: Create and manage a comprehensive spend plan across marketing channels, allocating budgets for social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, etc.
5. Performance Review and Analysis: Review performance monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly to measure achievements and identify gaps. Analyze data and provide actionable insights based on digital and sales KPIs.
6. MIS Reporting: Share detailed monthly MIS reports, covering: Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Marketing spends, Fulfillment charges, Other operational and overhead expenses.
Preferred candidate profile
(a) Basic Degree: MBA Sales & Marketing
(b) Age (Minimum & Maximum): 30 - 40 years
(c) Experience (Minimum & Maximum): Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in start-up e-commerce consumer brands or digital marketing in the FMCG sector.
(d) Nativity Preference: Preferably a Resident of the specified Area.
