Role & responsibilities
1. Drive the creation and implementation of effective marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
2. Develop innovative campaigns, leveraging creative ideas and influencer partnerships to strengthen the brands presence in the market.
3. Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize impact.
4. Manage and oversee the production of high-quality branding materials, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
5. Utilize expertise in social media platforms to create engaging content across various formats, including posts, reels, and stories.
6. Organize live events, tastings, and sampling activities to increase customer interaction and brand awareness.
7. Foster strong networks with influencers and agencies to drive impactful endorsements and collaborations.
8. Combine strategic thinking with operational efficiency to deliver measurable results in line with organizational goals.
9. Marketing & Branding Strategy: Develop and implement the Annual Marketing & Branding Plan. Create and manage Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Marketing Calendars.
10. Collaboration & Coordination: Align sales and marketing plans in collaboration with the Senior Business Development Manager. Coordinate with internal design teams or external design agencies to produce digital and creative assets. Liaise with PM/SM agencies to fulfill creative and digital asset requirements. Partner with PR agencies for digital and content creation needs.
11. Brand Development: Ensure compliance with brand usage guidelines, style guides, and design standards. Oversee the creation of all marketing and branding materials, including content, copy, and design.
12. Campaign Management: Drive influencer marketing campaigns by collaborating with key influencers and managing deliverables and terms. Design and execute sampling initiatives targeting at least 1,000 customers per month. Organize live tasting sessions and engagement events to enhance brand awareness.
Preferred candidate profile

3. Networking & Collaboration: Strong networking skills to establish connections with influencers and white-listers. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and agencies.
4. Creative & Analytical Ability: Capable of creating and executing unique campaign ideas. Adept at developing creative assets tailored to specific campaigns.
5. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office.
