Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. The role involves responding to user queries, managing hardware/software, and maintaining IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Document incidents, solutions, and technical processes.
• Collaborate with teams to implement IT improvements.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows/MacOS, Office 365, and IT troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN) and ITIL practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• years of IT support experience.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft are a plus.
