Job Summary :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Head to lead our Sales & Customer Retention departments.
- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, and ensuring high customer retention rates.
- This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute revenue-generation strategies while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team across multiple regions/markets.
- Set and monitor sales KPIs to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
- Drive new business acquisition and expand market share through innovative sales strategies.
Customer Retention & Relationship Management:
- Oversee customer retention strategies to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement CRM tools and analytics to monitor customer engagement and retention metrics.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to align sales and retention strategies with business goals.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine the sales approach.
- Develop pricing models, revenue forecasts, and financial planning for sustainable growth.
Team Development & Performance Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and customer success teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, set development plans, and provide mentorship to team members.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in sales, revenue management, or customer retention, preferably in a leadership role.
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Education: MBA preferred
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage and grow large teams.
- Revenue Growth: Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales and retention strategies.
- Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with experience in sales forecasting, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
