98thPercentile is a growing US-based Ed-Tech start-up providing online, after-school enrichment programs in English, Math, Coding, and Public Speaking for students in grades K-12. Our enrichment programs are designed to enhance students' overall academic performance.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated freshers to join our team as Inside Sales Executives .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
2. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, track leads, follow up on opportunities, and ensure timely closure of sales.
3. Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting and conversion activities.
4. Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer experiences.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our programs.

Requirements:

1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
3.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
4.Basic understanding of tools like CRM software, Excel, and Google Sheets is an advantage.

Work Style: Willingness to work in a night shift and collaborate with US customers.
Work Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift).[ 5 days working][ work from home]
