About the Role:
- The Marketing Outreach and Admissions Vertical spearheads initiatives to drive enrolments, optimise outreach strategies, and ensure measurable outcomes for clients.
- You will lead a team of specialists, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee strategy development and execution.
- This role will be critical in scaling 9.
- 9 Education's presence as a thought leader in marketing, admissions, and outreach services.
Typical Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Translate the vertical's vision into actionable strategies for delivering superior marketing, admissions, and outreach outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and engagement managers to align initiatives with client needs and organisational goals.
- Design financial and operational plans to meet institutional goals within available resources.
- Prepare institution-wide strategies for new institutions, addressing governance, academics, partnerships, etc.
- Continuously refine strategies based on industry trends, audience insights, and project outcomes.
Stakeholder and Client Management:
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and third-party service providers.
- Engage directly with clients to provide strategic updates, detailed reports, and actionable recommendations.
- Represent client institutions in engagements with agencies and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Represent the organisation in external forums, positioning 9.
- 9 Education as a thought leader in the sector.
Execution and Process Optimisation:
- Streamline student recruitment processes by creating and managing a centralised repository of templated documents and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a vendor repository with comprehensive details to expedite services and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead the creation of "Enrollments" as a comprehensive service offering for clients, focusing on scalability and quality.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Train and lead a team of marketing and admissions specialists, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.
- Facilitate regular upskilling opportunities for the team to stay updated with industry standards and innovations.
- Expand the team with subject-matter experts to meet evolving client demands.
Networking and Thought Leadership:
- Actively participate in education networking events to expand the organisation's influence and forge strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain a database of schools and colleges for targeted outreach and partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are a good fit for the role if you:
- Have 6-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, admissions, outreach, or consulting roles, with proven leadership experience.
- Have the ability to design and execute complex strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients-, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Possess familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, and performance analytics.
- Can translate data into actionable insights and develop strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Have strong Excel skills, are comfortable with educational software, and have an understanding of marketing tools.
- Can conduct basic quantitative analysis and manage extensive client budgets.
- Have excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
- Are proficient in preparing high-quality reports and well formatted presentations.
- Are agile, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
