The Senior Manager - HR & Culture will play a pivotal role in accelerating the vision, mission, and culture of our organization. Will lead human resources strategies that drive both organizational success and a positive, engaging work culture.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that focus on key areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and culture development . The Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that HR practices align with business objectives that enhance employee satisfaction, performance, and growth, ensuring a high-performing, motivated workforce.
Responsibilities and Daily Activities
    • Culture and Employee Engagement (30-35%):
    • Being responsible for: Cultivating a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and monitoring employee satisfaction and wellness.
      How they spend their day: Facilitating engagement activities, gathering employee feedback, meeting with the Head of Department to discuss culture initiatives. Helping organize offsite events and one in-office workday per month in India locations.

    • HR Operations and Compliance (50%):
    • Being responsible for: Overseeing HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance reviews; ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies; and managing HR systems to protect employee data.
      How they spend their day: Handling operational HR tasks, monitoring HR systems, ensuring compliance, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.

    • Employee Relations and Performance Management (15-20%):
    • Being responsible for: Serving as a point of contact for employee relations issues, handling conflict resolution, and promoting open communication between employees and leadership.
      How they spend their day: Meeting with employees and managers to resolve issues, guiding performance improvement plans, and advising leadership on employee relations matters.
Key Qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master s or certification is a plus).
    • 7+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role focused on people and culture.
    • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
    • Proactive with a sense of urgency and ownership.
    • Creative thinker with an innovative mindset.
    • Passionate about nurturing people and positive work culture.
    • Proven ability to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Ability to scale HR practices in a growing company.
