Key skills for the job
Graduate/MBA. Very strong candidates with at least 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in the steel industry (Steel Sales (flats)-HR,CR,PPGL etc.)
Tele Sales experience is a must (customer acquisition & sales experience in B2B segment).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and close sales.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.
Provide coaching and training to the sales team.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in inside sales management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
