Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Manager with expertise in AI and Embedded Systems to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, managing sales opportunities, and expanding our client base in these high-growth industries. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align our solutions with customer needs and execute sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the AI and Embedded Systems space through research, networking, and outreach. Qualify leads and drive sales through strategic engagement with decision-makers.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients in the AI and Embedded domain. Address customer queries, provide product insights, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate AI and Embedded solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key product features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to stay updated on product offerings and to tailor sales pitches that address specific customer requirements.
  • Lead negotiation efforts and drive sales closures. Ensure the pricing and terms are aligned with business objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to the sales leadership team, including sales forecasts and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Management, with a strong focus on AI, Embedded Systems, or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets in a B2B environment.
  • Experience selling AI solutions, machine learning, IoT, or embedded systems to a diverse client base.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
