Position : Admin Head

Experience : 10+ Years

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore - 5 days working.

Timings : 9 am to 6 pm

Job Responsibilities:

- Guiding the organization's activities.

- Identifying opportunities to improve a business' policies or objectives.

- Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively.

- Preparing and reviewing operational reports.

- Leading and/or participating in meetings.

- Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports.

- Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals.

- Hiring and training administrative staff.

- Delegating tasks to administrative assistants.

- Creating personnel folders for new hires.

- Monitoring and projecting staffing needs.

- Overseeing department budget planning and development.

- Managing and maintaining all department databases.

- Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed.

- Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 10 years experience in administrative management.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Able to effectively interact with different types of people.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
