Creative Director (Art) - Bangalore

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director (Art) to lead our creative team and drive the development and execution of innovative and compelling visual designs across various mediums. The Creative Director (Art) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creative process, from conceptualization to final production, and will play a crucial role in shaping our brands visual identity and messaging.

• Lead and manage a team of talented artists, designers, and creative professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
• Develop and implement the overall creative vision and strategy, aligning it with the companys goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
• Generate innovative and visually stunning concepts and designs that effectively communicate brand messages and resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee the creation and production of various visual assets, including digital and print advertisements, website designs, packaging, product visuals, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques, and apply this knowledge to enhance the creative process and deliver cutting-edge designs.
• Conduct regular creative reviews, provide constructive feedback, and inspire continuous improvement within the creative team.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as necessary to augment the creative teams capabilities and meet project demands.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery of creative projects.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 10-12 years) in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating creative teams to achieve outstanding results.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles, and the ability to translate them into visually compelling designs.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, conceptualize ideas, and translate them into actionable creative concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and sell creative ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
