About the Job:
- We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to implement and drive our business development plan.
- This role involves prospecting, lead generation, building client relationships, and closing deals.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong industry network, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales leads and business opportunities through research and networking.
- Pitch products and services to potential clients and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Conduct prospecting activities, including:
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads.
- Understanding client needs and decision-making processes.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to build connections.
- Develop and submit proposals based on the scope of work and negotiate agreements to close deals.
- Create and update sales and marketing materials to showcase the company's capabilities and portfolio.
- Adapt marketing presentations based on industry trends and client requirements.
- Enhance the company's online presence through website updates, social media engagement, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Build visibility and recognition for the company by driving participation in awards and contests.
- Prepare and submit regular activity and performance reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly performance summaries.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong industry network and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research and analyze market trends and client needs.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
