We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi, and a professional demeanor. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, and working with government organizations, you will play a key role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities for business growth and create strategies to expand the client base within the government sector.
• Effectively communicate with clients, providing product and service information, and addressing inquiries in English and Hindi.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to government organizations and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to provide product demonstrations and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in digital forensics and related services, to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within government organizations.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
• Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for sales management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the IT industry
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
