We have a position for a Business Analyst III with one of our clients in Salem, OR for an initial contract duration of 6 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
Individuals in this position have demonstrated experience in standard concepts, practices, and deliverables related to Business Analysis in support of software development projects. Understands how to gather and document requirements. Has a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Some familiarity with the use of standard market Testing tools.

HOMES Program Narrative
HEAR Program Narrative
Consumer Protection Plan
Community Benefit Plan
Education and Outreach Strategy
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory s Data and Tools requirements guide.
Consolidation and deduplication of functional requirements from the above documents into a single master requirements document/spreadsheet.
Customized workflows for client s HOMES and HEAR programs based upon the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory s workflows (~12 workflows total)
Weekly status updates including: Progress made for the current week, challenges and road blocks, Plans for next week
Clients will provide:
Source documents for requirements and base workflows
Templates for capturing requirements and customization of workflows
Oversight during development and review of deliverables
Access to agency business resources working on HOMES and HEAR progra
