Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for 9+ years experienced candidates for in IT industry and with strong BA skills. This is a client facing role and hence should have strong communication skills and the candidate should be hands-on - experience in Retail and Supply Chain Domain. Usage of JIRA, Confluence, Specing is required

Working hours - 8 hours , EST Time zone. ( 5.30 PM IST to 2.30 AM IST) This shift hours is mandatory as meetings happen during this overlap hours

• Bachelors degree
• Experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence, BRD writting
• Detailed understanding of Retail and Supply Chain, Distribution domain
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Understand project priorities, implementation dependencies, risks and issues
• Participate and develop code as part of a unified development group, working the whole technological stack
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Work with the team to define, design, and deliver on new features
• Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) with software development models like Agile, Scrum model, Jira models.
• Setup, prepare and lead requirements workshops with all stakeholder groups identified for the initiative whilst building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Lead the gathering and prioritizing of business requirements with supporting documentation, such as business requirement documents and requirement lists.

• Extensive business analysis experience gained in ecommerce, retail or supply chain environments is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding facilitation and influencing skills.
• Confidence to question stakeholders and identify underlying requirements.
• Proficient in establishing relationships, analysing perspectives and managing stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds; adapting stakeholder engagement style to meet the needs of different audiences.
