Construction Junior Supervisor Job Description

We are searching for a reliable, deadline-driven construction supervisor. The construction supervisor's responsibilities include monitoring performance and making recommendations to the management. You should ensure that projects stay within budget and that required construction materials are available. The project should be completed in time.

Age 35 to 50

Salary Rs.25,000/- to Rs.30,000/-

Experience: Minimum 5 years.

Identity problem at every stage and discuss with management.

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Ensuring team work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions are required.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Performing equipment, material, and keep site inspections.
• Scheduling regular meetings with vendors,
• Submitting daily reports, budgets, project plans and presenting them to Management.
• Working closely with architects and other professionals.
• Staying up-to-date with safety codes.
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.

Construction Supervisor Requirements:

• He should understand Auto Cad drawings and other drawings given by the Architect.
• Bachelor's degree in construction preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
