Documentation executive for Import/Export. Candidates from FMCG industry preferred.

Job Description

1. Post shipment Export- documentation

2. Preparation of Export Documents for Bank Lodgement/Negotiation

3. Preparation of Import L/C Applications and LOI

4. Preparation of all Outward Remittance applications for imports and other transactions.

5. Coordination with banks for issuing disposal instructions for Inward remittances.

6. Follow up of CAD / LC Import Bills from Bank for Imports- processing of payments and release of documents

7. Preparation and transmission of LOIs to vessel agents . Follow up with bank and vessel agents

8. Periodical closure of LOIs executed with Bank

9. Follow up and submission of Bill of Entries submission with regard to Advance payment, CAD and LC Bills.

10. Follow up and submission of Shipping Bills with regard to Advance payment, CAD and LC Bills - exports

11. Maintenance of Export and Import files.

12. IDPMS and EDPMS

13. Follow-up for ECGC coverage and renewal policy buyer wise on time

14. Maintenance of Export & Import Register (Both Manual and System)

15. Generation of SAP eway bills for despatch of import goods
