Export Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day export operations and processes.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other necessary forms.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and hazardous goods handling standards.
• Negotiate shipping contracts and freight rates with logistics providers.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for smooth clearance.
• Handle Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and other hazardous material documentation.
