Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, for a T24 Business Analyst. The T24 Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, developing functional specifications, and providing implementation support.

- The T24 Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with software developers and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in T24 Banking domain

- Strong knowledge of T24 modules including Core Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Compliance, and Payments

- Good understanding of banking products and services, and their operations and processes

- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing implementation support

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Knowledge of relevant regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines is a plus
