Charging Manager

Job description:

1.Charging Operations Management: Monitor and manage daily charging schedules for the fleet of 3-wheeler EVs .Ensure the availability of charging stations to meet operational demand. Address real-time issues at charging points to avoid downtime.

2. Team Supervision Lead and train charging station operators and technicians Set shift schedules and ensure the team follows safety protocols during charging.

3.Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct regular inspections of charging equipment. Identify, report, and resolve technical issues with chargers promptly. Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacement of faulty charging units.

4.Data Monitoring and Reporting: Track energy consumption and prepare reports on charging activities. Analyze, charging trends to optimize usage and minimize costs. Share periodic updates with management on charger performance.

5.Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards for EV charging operations. Implement safety measures and protocols at charging locations.

6.Coordination with Stakeholders Work closely with vehicle maintenance teams to align charging schedules with fleet servicing needs Liaise with electricity providers and vendors for uninterrupted power supply and support.

7.Capacity Planning Assess the need for additional charging stations based on fleet expansion. Plan and oversee the installation of new charging points when required.
