3D Visualizer

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating highly realistic and visually stunning 3D models and renderings for various industries, including architecture, interior design, product design, or entertainment. You will work closely with designers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into immersive visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models, textures, and renderings based on design specifications and concepts.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure that visuals meet the requirements and vision of the project.
• Produce realistic and high-quality renderings and animations using industry-standard software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal Engine).
• Work with CAD files, blueprints, and sketches to build detailed 3D models.
• Apply lighting, shading, and materials to enhance realism and aesthetic appeal of 3D visualizations.
• Assist in presenting 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D visualization and design tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Provide technical support and advice on the visual aspects of a project, including virtual walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
• Expertise in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of lighting, texture mapping, and materials.
• Experience in architectural visualization, interior design, or product visualization is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of real-time rendering and VR visualization is a plus.
• Familiarity with post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
