COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

SG Infratech is now a well-known brand in the real estate industry due to the success of our recent projects in a place like Nainital and having our head office in Noida. We are developing some amazing luxury townships in the hills. SG European Village & Resort and SG Roman Village are examples of our excellent work.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Visualizer office located at Noida.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projects
• Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues.
• Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer generated imagery)
• Working with industry-standard design tools and programmers
• Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural designs
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements
• Develop detailed, photo-realistic renderings and animations
• Utilize software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD
• Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into visualizations
• Stay updated with latest visualisation techniques and software advancements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in 3D visualization or a similar role
• Proven expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD)
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and strong creative vision
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
