Job Title : - Sr. Application Engineer
Educational Qualification (Must have) ; - BE/B.Tech /ME/ M.Tech- Mechanical engineering

Educational Qualification (Additional ) ; -

Skills (Must have) : -
• NX CAD, NX MCD etc.
• Problem-solving abilities, analytical capabilities, and technological expertise.
• Willingness to regularly interact with customers.
• Excellent communication and presenting abilities.
• It would be ideal if you have prior expertise with CAD software. Viz., NX
• A willingness to travel on short notice
• Good CAD and Knowledge on CAM up to 3 axis.

Skills (Optional) : -
• An advantage would be having knowledge up to 5 Axis.
• Added advantage with knowledge on Cero, Solid works etc.

Desired years of experience : - 4+ years

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities : -
• Working knowledge on NX with various versions
• Knowledge on Solid, Surface, Reverse Egg, MCD, GD&T, Large Assembly etc.
• Providing Pre/Post-sales support for Siemens portfolio; working within a team providing telephone and remote technical support to engineering companies so excellent communication and troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow through are essential.
• Preferable applications: NX CAD
• Interact with engineers to comprehend their requirements and offer relevant solutions depending on the software product suite.
• Independently pinpoint and design a plan of action to facilitate client fulfilment.
• Interact with users to make sure that customer business objectives are met.
• Develop proof of concept models that are applicable to the industry.
• Giving prospective clients tours of a software suite of goods and solutions.
• Hold training sessions to assist both current and potential consumers.
• Supporting customers and internal team with technical queries face to face, by telephone and via email.
• Providing support in installation and renewal of software and AMC.
• Participation in Company projects as and when required.
• Carry out any other responsibility within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested of you by your manager.
