Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager handles the end-to-end connectivity needs of a set of key accounts. The role focuses on achieving sales and revenue targets by selling IT Products (Laptops, Workstations, Servers, etc.), IT Solutions (Networking, Data Security), IT Projects, Cloud, Voice, Audio/Video solutions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new leads from new/existing accounts.
• Coordinate first kick-off meetings, review customer requirements, and align company capabilities for solution designing and project initiation.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through the promotion of IT products and solutions.
• Manage day-to-day customer operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints promptly.
• Build strong client relationships and expand business opportunities within the assigned accounts.

• B.Com / BA / B.Tech (Electronics/IT) / MBA or an equivalent recognized diploma in IT Engineering

Required Skill Set:

• Exposure/Information/Comfort on IT
• Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, including Laptops, Workstations, Servers, Networking, Data Security, Cloud, and AV solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
