Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans for luxury villas, residential apartments, township master planning & Commercial Complex
• Detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Collaborate with MEP engineers to integrate systems into architectural designs
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a Reputed College.
• 3 years of experience in an architectural design consultancy
• Proven track record in making high quality working drawings on Cad and 3D Models on Sketchup
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail in creating architectural drawings
• Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and drawings
• Expertise in Space Designing and Optimization
• Experience in vendor management and negotiation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
