• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  
• Proactively generate leads through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, networking events, and cold calls.
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into clients.

• Client Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand the clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
• Act as a primary point of contact throughout the buying or leasing process.

• Property Sales & Leasing:
  
• Present and promote properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Organize and conduct property viewings and tours.
• Negotiate property prices, payment terms, and leasing agreements to close deals.

• Market Research & Analysis:
  
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors offerings.
• Provide clients with insights into the real estate market and investment opportunities.

• Documentation & Legal Coordination:

• Sales Targets & Reporting:
