Head - General Accounts & Treasury - Pharma (8-15 yrs)

- Based in Hyderabad, the Head - General Accounting, will be responsible for all Accounting, Statutory and Tax Audit, Internal Control

- In this role, he will work closely with the Spain HQ Accounting, and Internal Audit and Control teams, KPMG Tax and Audit teams.

- He will have hands on knowledge of SAP FICO, Company Law, IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards and Banking Regulation

- He will have experienced the audit from one of the Big 4 s.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet for Tax and Statutory Audit

2) Liaison with Group Accounting, Internal Control, and Audit teams

3) Supervision on daily accounting

4) Ensuring Banking and Treasury compliance and Periodic Returns under RBI

5) Working with Financial Services Manager for Monthly reporting, Annual Budget and Long-Term Plans

6) Working with Manager Plant accounting for monthly plant related accounting

7) Statutory responsibilities include Statutory Audit, Tax Audit

Essential Educational Parameter & Competencies:

- B.Com and CA Degree

- Additional qualification of CS preferred

- Minimum 8 years as Corporate Accounting

- Minimum 4 years of Treasury Supervisory Management

- SAP proficient in FICO

- IFRS sound knowledge

- Experience on handling audits by one of the Big 4s

- Candidate needs to be extremely proficient in MS-Office tools - Excel (Macros), Power point

- High on Solution Orientation and Analytical Ability

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear & concise manner for easy understanding

- Good Interpersonal & Collaboration and communication skills
