Job Description
- Any Graduate fresher's can apply
- Handling customer queries/complaints/requests over the chat
- Work timing: Rotational shift & Night shift
- Mode: Work From Office
- Job Location: Gurgaon (Candidates must reside in Gurgaon; pick & drop facility available)
- Eligibility: Excellent English communication skills are a must
- Nature: Contract 12 Months (Possibility of on-boarding on client payroll based on exceptional performance and business need)
- 5 days working , 2 rotational week off.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in customer support handling
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
- Immediate joiner preferred
- CTC 25000 monthly + Other benefits
