Department: Production
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Industry: Tyre Manufacturing MNC
Responsibilities:
- Operating and supervising production machinery following standard operating procedures.
- Adjusting machine settings to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output.
- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Loading raw materials into machines and removing finished products.
- Adhering to production schedules and meeting daily targets.
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conducting regular quality checks during production.
- Reporting defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Immediately reporting safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)
- Age: 18-25 years
- Gender: Male
- Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
- Experience: Fresher
- Documents Required: Resume, 10th and 12th mark sheets, ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates, Provisional and Transfer certificates, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed), 5 Passport-size photos
- 17,000 per month for Diploma holders
- 16,000 per month for ITI holders
